Splash House 2024 Packing List • WHAT CAN I BRING?

Feel free to bring floaties (as long as they’re under 4’x4′ when inflated) and medium-sized backpacks (18″x13″x8.5″) for your essentials. Pack some bandaids, binoculars, and breast pumps (manual, battery-operated, or powered) if needed. Don’t forget your empty CamelBaks for hydration, and if you’re into snapping pics, non-pro digital cameras, disposable cameras, Polaroids, and film cameras are all welcome. Chapstick, lip balm, dancing shoes, ear plugs, and eye drops will keep you comfy and ready to groove. Fanny packs, hip bags, and GoPros are perfect for keeping your hands free and capturing every moment. Sealed packs of gum are great for a quick refresh, and hand sanitizer, hats, inhalers, lighters, makeup, and mobile phone chargers are a must-have. Naloxone for personal use is good to go. You can bring parasols, and empty reusable plastic water bottles, PPE face masks, purses or handbags (up to 12”x6”x12”), stored breastmilk or formula, and strollers for the little ones are also on the list. Also, you can bring your prescription medication (just make sure it matches your ID). And don’t forget your small to medium towels, sunscreen (non-aerosol), and sunglasses!

Now, let’s talk about what to leave at home so everyone can have an epic time. Please skip advanced first aid kits (like hemostatic gauze, tourniquets, etc.), aerosol products, air horns, and pets. No bikes, skates, scooters, or skateboards. Also, no blankets, coolers, and body armor is also a no-go. Chains or chain wallets, chairs, detachable lens cameras, and drones aren’t allowed either. Leave behind any drugs, drug paraphernalia, fireworks, explosives, or road flares. Flags, totems, flyers, samples, promotional items, glow sticks, light sticks, laser pointers, and LED gloves are a pass too. Hammocks, hula hoops, hoverboards, segways, instruments, IV bags, kites, and glass bottles are on the no-fly list. Skip the lifeguard costumes, markers, paint pens, massagers, and metal water bottles. Non-personal protective equipment, outside food or beverages, oversized pool floaties, selfie sticks, tripods, and stuffed animals are also off-limits. And let’s avoid tailgating, tents, sleeping bags, toy guns, water guns, slingshots, umbrellas, video cameras, wagons, walkie-talkies, and any weapons (guns, knives, ammo, pepper spray, etc.).
