Noise Pop Festival has officially announced its return for its 33rd edition, taking over venues across the Bay Area from February 19 to March 1, 2026. For more than three decades, Noise Pop has transformed the city into a living, breathing playground for music lovers, and next year promises to be its biggest and most ambitious festival yet. We are excited that San Francisco’s beloved celebration of independent music and arts will return.
Earlier this year, the 32nd edition of Noise Pop brought 20,000+ attendees together for 60+ concerts, 100+ performing artists, and an unforgettable 11-day experience across 15+ venues. From iconic sets by St. Vincent, Benjamin Gibbard, and DIIV, to multi-night showcases featuring Earl Sweatshirt, American Football, and Soccer Mommy, the 2025 edition pushed the boundaries of what a citywide festival can deliver. Now, the team behind Noise Pop is ready to raise the bar once again.
Since its founding in 1993, Noise Pop Festival has built a legacy as one of the country’s premier independently-owned music events, spotlighting both emerging talent and world-class artists. Past festivals have launched early-career performances from artists like The White Stripes, Modest Mouse, Death Cab for Cutie, Courtney Barnett, Grimes, and The Flaming Lips, solidifying Noise Pop’s reputation as the place where music lovers discover their next obsession.
Every February, San Francisco comes alive as Noise Pop Festival takes over multiple venues, intimate neighborhood spaces, and cultural landmarks with live performances, art showcases, panel discussions, happy hours, and exclusive after-parties. It’s the ultimate “choose-your-own-adventure” festival — designed for fans who crave discovery, connection, and unforgettable music moments.
If history is any indication, fans can expect an eclectic mix of acclaimed national acts, Bay Area favorites, rare pop-ups, anniversary performances, immersive cultural programming, and community-driven events.
