ALBUM REVIEW: The Northern Key Release Wedgewood

Last night, The Northern Key released their sophomore record “Wedgewood” (Tricycle Records). Armed with subtle melodies and comforting backing vocals, Wedgewood offers 10 tracks where every note fluently compliments the melody.

Released perfectly in time for the drop in temperature, Wedgewood keeps the inside warm while the outside cools down. Andrew Galluccio has a voice that effortlessly cuts through the music allowing himself to become an extension of the songs.

If you are unfamiliar with The Northern Key, you will find influences from Elliot Smith and Bon Iver.
